St. Philip’s Campus
The Facilities Ministry Board maintains the physical health of the St. Philip’s campus. Responsibilities include electrical, HVAC, plumbing, alarm systems, building integrity and appearance, and grounds maintenance. Additionally, it will budget for and oversee any capital improvements.

Facilities Utilization
Ministry members work with all parish staff, ministry boards and outside groups (as required) to ensure the equitable distribution, access and utilization of non-worship spaces, that are in alignment with short and long-term strategies for St. Philips. The members coordinate needs for additional or modified building requirements on an as needed basis. Requests from outside groups to use the facilities are reviewed and recommendations are provided to the Rector and Wardens.

Groundskeepers
The Groundskeepers mission is to ensure that St. Philip’s campus remains a beautiful and peaceful space that will enhance the worship experience for our parishioners. Groundskeeping crews are responsible for the maintenance of campus grounds through regular upkeep activities as well as monitoring for any needed changes and planning upgrades to the landscape.




Memorial Garden Committee
Committee members are responsible for the maintenance of the Memorial Garden as a place of rest and respect for those interred and will ensure that it is a peaceful place for their loved ones visiting the garden. The Committee will provide signs and identification markers for cremains that are interred and will work with St. Philip’s Groundskeepers toward the overall maintenance of the area
