Christian Education for Youth

Our Sunday Youth Offerings provide the foundation for our young people’s Christian faith. Christ is the cornerstone as they come to know who Jesus was and is today. They learn how to pray in general, and learn specific prayers for building their faith. We try to achieve all this in fun, age–appropriate ways.

The Sunday Christian Education hour is 9:15 AM to 10:15 AM. All young people and parents are invited to the Chapel of the Cross for singing led by our choir director. Children age three and younger go to the nursery. Children grades K — 5th go to the Parish Hall for story and craft. Middle School and High School classes are held upstairs in the Parish Hall.

Once a month, on Youth Sunday, young people act as readers, greeters, singers and dancers — and share what they have learned with the congregation.
